IMD HOUSE
İstanbul, 2018, 210 m2Located in İstanbul, Maltepe; two floored, 210 square metered apartment has its own garden on the first floor and a view of Princes’ Islands on the second floor. The plan of the apartment is re-designed for a family of five, according to the needs of the houseowners.
In the project, which is designed with the focus of balance; sharp linear forms and toned calm colors for furnitures are combined with organic forms and more brave colors in the lightings and artworks. Creating a ‘comfort zone’ for the crowded family in their daily routines; is prioritized in that modern styled project.
Project is awarded as The Best Interior Design Apartment project in European Property Awards in 2020.
